Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unbrewed, in the condition received, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at wang653941281@gmail.com before sending anything back. If the return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return is due to our error. We recommend a tracked and insured return service because Yixing teapots are fragile.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the teapot, outer box, inner packaging, and shipping label. An unboxing video is helpful for fragile-item claims. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Natural color, texture, tooling, firing, seal, and small dimensional variations are characteristics of handmade or artisan Yixing ware and are not automatically considered defects.

Exceptions

Used teapots, teapots that have been brewed with, personalized or custom orders, gift cards, and items clearly marked final sale cannot be returned, except where required by law. Please contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will try to cancel it before fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item, once approved, and place a new order.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If an order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unused, unbrewed, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will inspect the return and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at wang653941281@gmail.com.
